We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 working hours of you placing them.   So if you place an order on a Monday morning the latest we will dispatch it is Wednesday.

Our shipping rates are based on the packed weight of each item, so it includes any packaging. We have contracts with major couriers including Parcelforce and Royal Mail which means we get very competitive rates on large and small items.

Delivery charges per item reduce if more items are purchased, and the maximum delivery charge is currently capped at £9.85

Please note that we currently only ship to the UK.

All goods remain the property of FurryBee until payment is made in full.

Any Import Duty or Local Taxes will be the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Governing Law and Contract Formation

No contract will subsist between you and FurryBee for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until FurryBee accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time FurryBee sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and FurryBee irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

You have the right to return goods to us within 7 working days of receiving the goods for any reason, and for a full refund of the original charges. You are responsible for returning the goods to the address specified by us, and you are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is not fit for the purpose originally intended.To return an item please contact us in writing beforehand and wait for a confirmation and further return instructions before returning goods. Written contact can be by email or post.

Furry Bee comply with the data protection laws applicable to the UK, and we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how your personal information is treated and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

To process your orders we need to know your name, e-mail address and delivery address. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and communicate to you the status of your order. We also request your telephone number to enable us to contact you in the event of any unforeseen problems, but this is not compulsory. Furry Bee do not ask for, nor keep, any Credit Card details on our web site or in our database. This information is only requested by our Payment Services provider, Nochex Ltd.

Any personal data relating to you will be used and recorded by us in accordance with current data protection legislation and this Privacy Policy. We use the information collected from you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. We may use your personal information to communicate with you about your order, or for record keeping purposes. We will only pass your details on to our Payment Services provider, or to our suppliers and shippers, where it is necessary to complete your order.
